The Adoption Process:
- Your first step is to choose a cat (or more) that you may be interested in, and send us an application. You can do that online by clicking here or by clicking the link to the adoption information on your favorite cat's webpage.
- Once we receive your application, we'd love to introduce you to our cats and let you meet them in their own environment. That means you come to the foster home of the cat or cats you want to meet and visit them.
- Once you've completed the adoption process, we deliver your cat(s) to your home, and spend some time with you, introducing you to your new friend, introducing your new cat to his or her new home.
- If everything falls in place, we all sign the paperwork, you give us the adoption donation ($125 minimum). Included with your new pet is a kitty starter kit to help them in their new home.
- We'll check back with you periodically to see if everything is going well, and if you need any help or advice.
The adoption donation helps Happy Cat Adoptions rescue more cats. We do not sell cats; we place them in loving homes. Your contract is your receipt. Because the adoption fee is a donation, it is non-refundable. We ask that you do not rush into a decision.
