I will spin on my head for you. I'm just so happy to be alive, I nearly sing with joy every single day!

I'm a fantastic companion. I love to be around people. I love to be held like a baby and stroked.

I'm a little timid with at first because I was somebody's little kitten and somehow, I don't know how, I was lost from them and had to fend for myself on the street for many months. During that time, people threw things at me and made loud noises and scared me. I was picked up by Animal Control because the neighbors thought I was feral, but I was just scared. Anara and I were on Death Row, scheduled to be executed the very next morning, when my foster mom came in for a meeting and saw me.

She knew I wasn't feral, and she took Anara and I home, and here I am--one of the happiest cats around.

I'm so happy that when you call out my name, I spin and dance for happiness, just to be recognized.

I'm a misunderstood pretty boy. The Animal Control folks thought I was a female because I have such thick "bloomers" that everything was hidden. I tried to tell them. I tried to tell my foster mom. She had me in a big cage while I recovered from a bad cold I picked up on the street, but she didn't listen. Then, when I went to the vet to be spayed, well, the vet said, "This ain't no lady, lady!" I tried to tell them.

That's the curse of being SO good looking, I guess. I have a huge striped fluffy tail, poofy bloomers, and a delicate head. Okay, maybe that's not a good word to use, considering what I just went through. Small--small head!

While in our cages, recuperating, I got to know Anara, and I really like her. We would be happy adopted together, but I'd do great on my own as well. I'm okay with other cats except I can be a little territorial. I like to chase the others out of what I see as my space, although my foster mom keeps telling me I need to get along ALL the time. I don't understand why, but I'm trying.

I may be slower to adapt to a new house than some other cats. I've been afraid that people were going to hurt me for a while now, and it's a little tough to just reach out and hop into somebody's lap. But some folks came by to pet me, and I didn't know them, and I remembered what everybody tells me: from now on, nobody will hurt me, and I was great with them. They petted me until I was exhausted from dancing for them.

Why not go to my web page at www.happycatadoptions.org and fill out an online application so you can come visit me and we'll dance together through the rest of our days?
